Since its erection in the year 2001, the existing parking level has had no functioning sealing material installed. Due to this fact, the supporting structure has been permanently exposed to rainwater and, in winter, to de-icing salts, which finally led to destruction of the concrete construction.

Christ.Christ. was commissioned with the analysis and renovation of the parking level.

In order to achieve sustainable repairs to the parking level, the existing pergola was removed and all of the hollow concrete block elements replaced.

The remaining concrete and steel construction was renovated and a sealing material applied as a surface layer in accordance with the pertinent regulations.

This, in connection with a detailed maintenance concept, guarantees permanent protection of the construction and thus the durability of the car park.
