Residential Building and Daycare Centre Kastel-Housing Area

Projects

In order to set new standards in Wiesbaden's urban development, GWW developed a sustainable neighbourhood concept for the Kastel-Housing Area in Mainz-Kastel in cooperation with the city planning office and environmental office. New rental housing, office and commercial space, a day-care centre and a multi-storey car park are to be built there in a total of four plots.

Lectures & Exhibitions

The exhibition „Große Häuser, kleine Häuser“ at the Kunsthalle Darmstadt provided an exciting overview of the 37 buildings that were awarded the four regional plaques by the BDA groups throughout Hesse in 2023.

Our residential building on Wiesbadener Landstraße was featured in the exhibition.

International Architecture Award 2023 - Jury

The European Centre for Architecture Art Design and Urban Studies and the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design invited Roger Christ to be part of the judging panel of the International Architecture Awards 2023.

Together with his international jury colleagues he selected over 150 projects from 48 Countries.
